The problem:
The previous Incite ® Teams website was just a brochure site. It had no content management facility, and lacked any sophisticated back-end to help with the management of their courses. The Incite crew were still having to mail out joining instructions to course participants by conventional post. This completely tied up the office and added a real bottle neck to the proceedings. Also it was still difficult to really sum up what they did just by looking at the site.
The solution:
Tap creative designed a content managed website which actually split into several websites via its back end. Video was also added to the home page in order to quickly sum up what they did.
As each course was set up our new course generation system was able to add courses into a "course planning" part of the websites management area. Each new course could now be added by Incite staff with one click. All the relevant joining instructions were then added in, and the now personalised website link was emailed out to clients. Their user name and passwords could also be generated on the fly by the website so they would receive everything they needed to join the course, and RSVP by email.

The result:
More clients can now find their courses, and everything is slicker. One person now controls all the admin of the courses, using the content management system to add and delete courses. At the end of each course participants pictures are uploaded into the automated gallery, ready for them to see the next day with their hard earned SDI reports attached to the web page. The impression this gives is not to be underestimated.
The future:
Tap are helping to keep the new site ticking along, and are also very pleased to be working on another website for Incite ® Teams for their consultancy arm.
